"Burst of Joy"-1973, The eldest daughter wears a button front skirt.

This 1970s trend is taking over and I love it.  Button front skirts are super chic, especially a-line ones.  You can also find them super cheap and in any material whether it be denim, suede, etc.  It also fits basically any style, you can match it with fashionable sneakers or vintage oxfords and it looks great anyway.

Seen everywhere on the runways

and spotted everywhere on the streets (especially NYC).
This trend has been blooming for a little while now, on the runway and on the streets, and I think it's absolutely fantastic.  Come to think about it this trend can be accommodated to any style.  Sweaters, tops, and even dresses with holes on the shoulders are super trendy and off the shoulder/ pieces that have a horizontal "neckline" on the shoulders are super cool too.
